RAPID REHOUSING
During the assessment period, clients work with a Housing Advocate to identify and develop goals towards housing sustainability. The rapid rehousing program provides intensive case management which can include: life skills training, budgeting, employment support, tenant/landlord mediation, and referrals to community partners. Once housed, clients continue to work on increasing their long-term housing stability with the support of their Housing Advocate.

EVICTION PREVENTION
The eviction prevention program provides case management and financial assistance to help clients who are facing eviction stay in their homes. Case management can include life skills training, budgeting, employment support, tenant/landlord mediation, and referrals to community partners. While active in the program, clients continue to work on increasing their long-term housing sustainability with the support of their Housing Advocate.
Individuals are referred by the Service Coordinator of the Coordinated Entry System from a list of households that have been identified as having unstable housing. Clients are required to be 14 days away from being evicted.
