Over the past 35 years, Bridges has developed and maintained valuable, mutually beneficial relationships with many incredible organizations that strive to make a difference in our community. We invite organizations concerned about homelessness, individuals and families earning low income, affordable housing, or community development to participate in our sponsorship program - Stable Homes Sponsor - to support our work throughout the year.

Stable Homes Sponsor

Your sponsorship will be used to fill the gaps in home repairs, upgrades, and replacements in one of our affordable rental properties or transitional homes that are not covered by grant funding. As a Stable Homes Sponsor, you will receive information about the general family makeup, the city/village in Howard County where the home is located, and how the funds were used on an annual basis. This program is intended to be a yearly recurring sponsorship. If available, anonymous thank you notes from the families and/or updates on their personal progress will be provided throughout the year. If there are remaining funds at the end of the annual cycle, you will have the option to either bank up to $500 each year for emergency funds for future major repairs or to use the funds to provide additional minor upgrades to the home. You may choose the upgrades based on the needs of the home and your goals as an organization or business.

Apartment/Condominium: $2,000

Townhome: $3,000
