Kristin is a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University and a Master of Social Work from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Kristin initially joined Bridges as an intern during her social work studies before joining as a full-time staff member as the Development and Marketing Manager. After 3 years, Kristin joined the programs team as the Program Manager of Bridges Alliance leading our affordable rental programs before becoming the Director of Operations in 2025.
