During the last year, we’ve all been reminded of how important home is. There is no place like home, and at Bridges, we believe that everyone deserves a home. Therefore, we feel it is vital to honor members of our community who have committed time and resources to prevent and end homelessness in Howard County.
Bridges invites you to partake in Bridges’ Second Annual Heroes for Housing Celebration. Please join Bridges as we honor three local Heroes for Housing and the Hero in you! You can participate in this celebration by attending the live virtual event on Monday, April 26, from 6:30 – 7:00 pm. Registration is required to attend; click here to register now! Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with the event link. This year’s award recipients include:

We encourage you to order food and drink from Victoria Gastro Pub to enjoy during this event. Victoria Gastro Pub serves innovative twists on classic pub fare, all made from scratch with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. The menu they’ve created draws from national and international cooking traditions that remain in harmony with the seasonal availability of high-quality ingredients, with many of the herbs and vegetables coming from their garden at Manor Hill Farm. Your sponsorship will assist with event expenses and provide critical operating and program support for Bridges’ three housing programs. Due to the limited number of sponsorships at designated levels, packages will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Each sponsorship opportunity includes a color advertisement within the event’s program book. The deadline for obtaining sponsorship is Friday, April 9, 2021. All advertisements are in full color and will feature in the event’s program book! The deadline for submitting ad artwork is Friday, April 9, 2021.
A portion (28-40%) of all ticket sales will support Bridges. All proceeds from donations, sponsorships, & advertisements will benefit Bridges.
